is a registered society under Registrar of Societies Act 1860 primarily managed by “humanity serving” thought persons, with the support of local members.

THE AIMS AND OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY

  • To welfare of the poor people.
  • The society, will educate the members and folk about the democratic institutions its. The Society will also enlighten its.
  • The Society, will also organize camps such as Medical/Blood donation/General awareness.
  • Any other welfare scheme announced by the Government and Public suggestions.
  • The society will give a helping and to all the Public servants and officers employed for public welfare.
  • To give grants and aid to the eligible members of the weaker sections to install cottage industries for self employment and for creating avenues for unemployed educated and skilled youth of these sections for gainful employment.
  • To promote awareness and education about health and nutrition.To provide awareness and education about environment and its protection.
  • To promote and preserve cultural heritage.
  • To organize seminars, conferences, lectures, courses, workshops, training programs and to disseminate knowledge through pictures and audio-visual to aid and assist social activists/workers, professionals, students and youth ad other concerned.
  • To affiliate and collaborate with other voluntary organizations, governmental bodies and other organizations to further the cause of enlistment and development of society.
  • To organize sports cultural activities for healthy growth of society.
  • To give scholarship, fellowships grants or financial assistance to individuals, other bodies and organizations. To obtain and disseminate technical, managerial, financial assistance. To actively secure aid and other assistance as donations, contributions, grants from Government, other local, state, national and international institutions and organizations.
  • To make rules and bye laws for the conduct of the affairs of the society and to amend or repeal them from time to time.
  • To accept grants contributions, subscriptions, donations, gifts, bequests from government, corporations, industrial and business houses, trusts, societies and individuals for the purpose of the society.
  • To raise money through loans / borrowings with or without security for the purpose of the society.
  • To maintain a fund and deposit all moneys credited to the fund in such banks or to invest in such a manner as the society may decide.
  • To meet the expenses incurred by the society from time to time including rents, rates and taxes etc. out of the funds belonging to the society.
  • To maintain accounts in accordance with the provisions of the law and rules and bye-laws of the society.
  • To get the accounts of the society audited annually as per law.
  • To acquire, dispose off and otherwise deal with property and to build, equip and maintain offices, colleges, institutions, workshops, hostels, houses, or other building to promote the objects of the society.
  • To educate the members and village folk about the democratic institutions its. The society will also enlighten its members and public about the welfare activities of the Central/State Governments.
  • To help & promote literacy and help quality education to the deprived section of the society.
  • To do all such lawful acts and things whether incidental to the powers aforesaid or not, as may be necessary to promote the objects of the society.
  • To undertake any productive activity which may seem beneficial or conductive to any of the objects of the society.
  • A copy of the rules of the society certified to be correct copy by three members of the society is filed along with the memorandum of Association.
  • We, the several persons whose names and addresses are given below, having associated ourselves for the purpose described in the Memorandum of Association and set our several and respective hands here into and from ourselves into a society under Act xx 1 of 1860.
  • To develop linkages with other voluntary organization to further the cause of up liftment and development of society by having support from all sources including Government.
  • To maintain accounts in accordance with the provisions of the rules and by laws of the society.
  • To create and develop avenues for self-employment and self-dependent quality living for the member of the disadvantage and vulnerable sections of society.
  • To give all help to public servants and officers employed for public welfare.
